Stewart W. Beal has been involved in the construction and real estate industries for over 10 years and for the last several years has been leading the demolition contracting business for JC Beal Construction Inc. Mr. Beal now serves as President of Beal Incorporated, a fast growing demolition contracting company.

Mr. Beal's management experience also includes serving as President of Beal Properties LLC, a real estate development and property management company and as Vice-President (and founder) of Burns Lawn Care & Landscaping Inc. Mr. Beal also serves as the manager of Go Downtown! LLC and Historic Equities Fund I, LLC, real estate holding companies established to develop Luxury Lofts in historic buildings. Mr. Beal has a degree in Business Management from Eastern Michigan University and serves on Ypsilanti's Central Business Community and Ypsilanti's downtown development authority.

In 2007, Crains Detroit Business included Stewart Beal in their "20 in their 20's" feature and many other leading publications have recognized him as a growing force in local entrepreneurship.

Fred J. Beal has been involved in construction for over 20 years, working first as a tradesman with JC Beal Construction Inc. and other local firms, and then in positions of increasing authority with JC Beal Construction Inc. until advancing to President in 1987. Mr. Beal has expanded the firm from a strictly local business with $2 million in sales in 1986 to a full service general contracting/construction management/design-build firm performing a broad spectrum of commercial and institutional construction for clients across southern Michigan and northern Ohio from two offices, with an average sales volume of $25 million today.

Mr. Beal has served multiple roles with the Washtenaw Contractors Association including a five year term as President and by that group was recognized with the prestigious VanderHyden Award. He is active with various historic preservation organizations, recently receiving special recognition from the Michigan Historic Preservation Network as their 2004 Citizen of the Year. Mr. Beal recently served on the City of Ann Arbor Downtown Residential Taskforce. He currently sits on the City of Ann Arbor Downtown Development Authority Board and chairs its Capital Improvement Committee while also serving on the Board of the City's Economic Development Authority.

Mr. Beal holds Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science Degrees from Michigan State University, and regularly participates in continuing education activities through the Construction Association of Michigan, Fails Management Institute, the Urban Land Institute, and the International Downtown Association.

Patrick Beal has been working in the construction industry for 7 years and has worked in various capacities at Beal Incorporated, JC Beal Construction, Beal Properties, LLC, and Burns Lawn Care and Landscaping. In 2006 Mr. Beal was a founding member of Beal Incorporated, a Michigan based demolition contractor and currently serves as Vice President. Since the founding of Beal Incorporated, Patrick has directly overseen more than a million dollars worth of demolition work and has become accredited as a State of Michigan Asbestos Abatement Supervisor.

In 2007 Patrick Beal became a licensed residential builder and completed several OSHA Occupational Health and Safety courses. He is currently enrolled in the Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
